Coleman Parkes OSS Survey: Key Findings

The focus on next-generation initiatives has forced service providers to look at critical factors affecting how new services are delivered, the time frames in which they are delivered and the systems that support them. Addressing these issues through OSS Transformation projects aims to reduce the cost of new service introduction, network complexity and generate true agility to maintain margins.
